The Housing Development Corporation of Bergen County (HDC), the non-profit real estate development arm of the Housing Authority of Bergen County has completed the construction of a two-story senior citizen low-rise apartment building in Saddle Brook, NJ. The project was made possible through the generous funding of SB One Bank as well as Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, the Township of Saddle Brook, the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (NJHMFA) and the HDC.
